Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and ROCKET CARABANCHEL will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item, if applicable.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, ROCKET CARABANCHEL recognizes the right to withdraw from any purchase made at www.rocket-shop.es within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date the customer received the product. The customer must return the product without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before its expiration, sending them to:

Regarding withdrawal costs, this right cannot entail any cost for the user, except that if the return is solely due to the right of withdrawal, and not to a lack of conformity of the product, the user must bear the cost of the return shipping, unless the company has agreed to assume these costs in the signed contract or has not previously informed the user that they must bear these costs. (Article 108 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU).

Therefore, the Customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In all cases, the products being returned must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with all manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts included, if applicable. If this is not the case, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The Returns Department will verify that everything is correct and in perfect condition, authorizing the return to the Administration Department and notifying the Customer via email.

Hygiene and cosmetic items are excluded from these conditions.

Returns for orders placed using a phone number

If you completed your purchase using only a phone number (without an email address), you will not be able to access your customer account to initiate a return. In that case, use the link found in your order confirmation SMS to request a return or cancellation.

Refunds will be issued within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the returned items.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded if the shipment has already been sent. In cases where the shipment has not yet been processed, the full shipping cost will be refunded.
